We would like to inform you that based on KELER CCP’s General Business Rules (Section 8.6. and Section 9.7.) Gas Market Clearing Members and Energy market Non-clearing Members have to meet the following general data provision obligation; in line with that, the following deadlines have been set for 2026:
- 31 March 2026 – Clients with this deadline will also receive a separate email notification.
o balance sheet date between 1 April – 30 June 2025 – 9 months time factor
o balance sheet date between 1 July – 30 September 2025 – 6 months time factor - 30 June 2026
- 30 September 2026
- 31 December 2026
The Clearing Member is obliged to send to KELER CCP - to the following address
-the audited balance sheet and, the profit and loss statement with the auditor’s report and notes to the account for the year 2025, and the filled Know Your Customer questionnaire until 31 March 2026.
