Information on the publication of KELER Depository Announcement – Nr. 9-11 - Cut-off times to Receive Execute and Cancel Orders - Effective from: 2 June 2026

We would like to inform you that the modified version of the document “Nr. 9-11 - Cut-off times to Receive Execute and Cancel Orders" enters into force on 2026.06.02.

The revision of the Announcement became necessary due to the mandatory 2-yearly review.

Summary of the amendments to the Announcement:

• Introductory provisions in accordance with the requirements of the KELER 6-01 Regulation Making Regulations were defined,
• BGN was deleted, due to the introduction of EUR in Bulgaria,
• Minor clarifications were made.

Effective date: 06.02.2026
