Dear Clients,
Following the closing of MAT2 market acceptance test period (5 November 2021) of the KELER Service Development Program (hereinafter: KSDP) we will reach a new milestone and we have to prepare for the go-live scheduled on 6 December 2021.
Hereby we would like to ask our Clients to provide the necessary data for KSDP, for which please complete the datasheets of the Excel file at the bottom of this client information and return it latest till 8 November 2021.
Requirements for the format of the returned documents:
- in Excel format, encrypted*, via email
- with firm signature at the same time (with qualified electronic signature via email or signed with wet-ink via post – only those sheets which are populated with data)
Email address for electronic formats: 
(subject: KSDP go-live client data – „your company’s name”)
*We advise our Clients to send the documents encrypted protected by a unique password via email, and the password should be sent via sms to the following phone number (indicating the name of the sender and main account number of the Client): +36 20 286 8150
In case of returning the wet-ink signed documents, please use the following address: KELER Ltd. Network Management, Eva Toth-Bede, H-1074 Budapest, Rákóczi út 70-72., HUNGARY.
It is of high priority that we receive the documents via email in excel format as well in order to be able to process data more easily and accurately. In case of faulty data, we will initiate arrangements.
In case we do not receive any feedback or the received document package is incomplete, the default settings are provided in the Client information document below.
We draw your attention that complete processing of the data will happen only if KELER receives the documents also with firm signature, in case it is missing KELER can not process the data!
