Please be informed that KELER Zrt. will continue to pay particular attention to the fulfilment and enforcement of the contractual obligation concerning the proper use of limited-purpose accounts held by KELER Zrt.
Pursuant to the General Terms of Business of KELER Zrt., account use by the Account Holder shall be deemed to be proper if the orders given by the Account Holder are aimed at executing financial transactions closely related to the activities of KELER Zrt. and KELER CCP Zrt., i.e. to the depository and clearing services provided by the KELER Group, or at transferring the balance of the Cash Account to an account held by the Account Holder with another financial institution.
Furthermore, please be advised that improper account use may result in your order being rejected! Further information is available in Section 2.6 of the General Terms of Business of KELER Zrt.
