As central securities depository KELER is responsible for the up-to-date and comprehensive recording of all dematerialized securities issued in Hungary, the securities account management of investment service providers (intermediaries) and issuers. KELER also manages physical securities, including the recording of account movements and transaction management.
KELER settles regulated market and OTC trades and executes securities operations in the securities and custody accounts it keeps.
