We would like to inform you that the developments tasks regarding the amendments to MiFIR Regulations RTS1 and RTS2 issued by ESMA concerning the TR system have been finalized.
As a result of changes to post-trade disclosure:
- the mandatory nature of fields have changed,
- new fields have been introduced,
- the filling in of some fields becomes conditional,
- new validation rules have been introduced, and
- the set of values for certain fields (flag) have changed.
We expect reports in XML format.
KELER plans to implement compliance with the new requirements by September 21, 2024.
