This is to inform you that in line with our information published in December 2016, the CSDR technical standards (RTS, ITS) have been published Friday, 10th of March in the Official Journal of the European Union.
The RTSs and ITSs will be effective as of 30 March 2017. The 6 months period for submitting the application files by the European depositories starts on this day, which ends in September 2017.
The published technical standards do not include Settlement Discipline RTS, the publication is expected in Q2 2017. KELER provides further information on this topic after the publication of the Settlement Discipline RTS.
