The Act LXVII of 2019 implementing the Shareholder Rights Directive II (SRD 2) into the Hungarian national law has entered into force.
The mentioned law is known by KELER and the preparation of the IT developments ensuring compliance with legal requirements is in progress. The developments are planned to be carried out outside of the framework of KELER Service Development Program.
KELER plans to publish further details about the developments required for legal compliance by the end of September 2019.
