We would like to inform you that KELER has published the interface descriptions relating to the CAPS system on the MyStandards platform of SWIFT.
You can access the guidelines assisting in taking the first steps with MyStandards by clicking on the attachment below as well as on KID in the folder Kis Infok/Information.
The interface descriptions describe the message communication via SWIFT and the export/import function, and the format of the export/import files. The descriptions contain several additional comments complementing the technical details, helping the business understanding. Please read these thoroughly as well.
We would like to call your attention to that although according to KELER’s intentions, the descriptions are final, clarifications may become necessary. You can follow the possible changes on MyStandards and KELER will notify you of the changes.
The currently published message package is valid for the account holders of KELER. KELER will publish the SWIFT and export/import formats for issuers at a later date.
In the message package compiled for the account holders of KELER, the message types regarding the general meeting and corporate actions are included fully. In the case of the shareholder identification, the version of the shareholder identification request (seev.045) is included where KELER collects the responses. For the case where not KELER is the one collecting the responses, the description will be provided at a later date.
It is important to emphasise that the notification of the corporate event (seev.031) was prepared separately for all events in use at the time of launch in September to facilitate the understanding of the messages.
