Information on the publication of the updated Service Description of KELER Ltd.’s Service Development Program (KSDP) and the MyStandards message formats, as well as the date of the related KSDP workshop

We hereby inform our Clients and Partners that KELER Ltd. has reached another milestone in the development of its Service Development Program.

1. Since the launch of the Program and in the period following the conclusion of contracts with the suppliers, the specification of all six milestones of the Securities Settlement Subsystem was finished successfully, and the development of the first three milestones (from the submission of the order to the matching of the transaction) as well as the delivery of the developed functions for testing and their successful testing were performed. Currently, our colleagues are working on the testing of the status change processes and functions that are parts of the fourth stage.

   The specification of the Master Data Management Subsystem was also finished in June, and the testing is being performed as planned.

   The specification of the Reporting and Fee Calculating Subsystems are performed jointly with the suppliers, the testing of these systems is expected during the summer.

2. Parallel with the closure of the specification stages of the settlement subsystem, KELER has successfully prepared and published at the links indicated below the updated Service Description with a complete message catalogue and uploaded the MX message formats to the MyStandards platform.

  A swift.com registration is necessary to access the MX standard messages published on the platform. Following successful registration and sign-in, the MyStandards platform can be accessed under the menu item My tools / (Products/) MyStandards. 1. The specification of the field-level MT messages is expected to be available on the SWIFT platform on 3 July 2020, and the end-of-day MT extracts will be available on the SWIFT portal on 15 July 2020.

2. On 30 July 2020, KELER Ltd. organises a KSDP client meeting/workshop where the aim is to answer the questions arising in relation to the uploaded documents.

• • The event — just like the previous SRD workshop — will be organised via the MNB Zoom system, the invitation and the access link will be sent separately, at a later date.
  • At the event, we intend to answer all questions concerning the uploaded documents.
